• All US and Canadian shipping includes a tracking number, we do not ship without one. With all shipments outside of Canada, any duties or additional taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser, the declared value will the be selling prices of the products.
   
• You will not be invoiced until the product is available. We will only issue the invoice and expect payment after the product is ready for shipment. Once the invoice has been issued, your order will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving full payment.
   
• Payment via PayPal does NOT require having a PayPal account. There are options to pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, PayPal Credit, and any other method such as debit you may have configured if you already have a PayPal account. When you place an order we have an invoice e-mailed to you via PayPal that allows you to make the payment, even without a PayPal account. This method of payment means you do not need to disclose any credit card or personal financial details to RivetAssist.
   
• We do NOT accept cheques for payment.
   
• The preferred payment method in Canada is INTERAC e-Transfer as no banking or credit card information is exchanged with any 3rd party, you have complete control over the payment without disclosing any personal financial information.
   
• All sales containing a Canadian contact address or shipping address will have Ontario 13% H.S.T. added, no exceptions.
